Memberships come with lots of questions. We understand that fitness is a mental, physical and financial commitment. We want you to choose the package that’s best for you, so we've answered the below questions to help you decide.

  • What if I need to cancel the class?

    We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled class, you will forfeit the class. If you are on an unlimited membership, you will be charged $10 for every cancellation or no-show.

  • When will my card be charged?

    Once you purchase the first month, your membership begins the next time you attend class. Your card will then be charged 1 month from that date. We will then put your membership on auto-renew, so please let us know if you don’t want to continue before your three months are up.

  • Is there a deposit?

    No. You are only committing to three months at a time.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    We do not allow cancellations during the term of your commitment. However, if you have to cancel due to a medical condition or emergency, we will allow you to use the remaining amount of your commitment to purchase a pack valid for 1 year. That way you don’t lose the classes and can join us again when your circumstance gets better.

  • What if I want to take more classes than what is on my monthly pack?

    One of the perks of committing is that you get discounted classes if your schedule allows you to take more. Single classes for members are only $12/class. You can use these classes yourself, or give them to a friend or family member.

  • Are there any other membership perks?

    As a member, we allow you to bring a friend or family member to their first class for free. We understand that exercise is more fun when you are “suffering together.” A team that works together stays together. Also, by committing to a membership, you lock in your price for the term of the membership.

  • Can I commit for more than 3 months?

    Of course! By committing longer, you guarantee your price will not change. We also offer 1-year memberships sold at the front desk. One-year memberships are the same price as 3-month memberships.

  • What happens if I don’t use all of my classes within the month?

    If you have a monthly pack, we will allow you to “float” 1 class per 3-month commitment to the next month. For example, if you only use 7 classes out of your 8-pack, we will add 1 class to your next month. Please tell us if this happens and we will manually make the adjustment to your account.

  • Are there any restrictions to the unlimited package?

    As a courtesy to other clients, you are only able to sign up for 2 classes per day. However, you can drop in on a third class if there is space. We only limit sign-ups.

  • When is the schedule open for reservations?

    The schedule will open the last Sunday of every month @ 9:00pm for the following months class reservations.

  • Do I reserve a bike?

    Bikes are available on a first come first serve basis. Doors to the cycle room open 10 minutes before class. You will be welcome to save a seat for yourself and your friends at that time, but not beforehand.

  • Do you provide childcare?

    We have childcare available for most classes 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday upon request. We just ask that you email us 24 hours in advance to confirm availability. The cost is $5 and is paid directly to the sitter.
