CYCLE | CYCLE W/ WEIGHTS

We design our cycle classes to feel like a fun underground concert. Cue lights, lasers, disco balls, and music from across the world. A 50-minute ride just became a 50-minute interactive experience.

These routines are designed to give you the best workout possible. The show is just there to inspire you to keep moving. We also offer cycle w/weights classes, aka what some of our regulars refer to as the "skinny arms" class. Pretty accurate description if you ask us.

CYCLE

A 50-minute interactive cycle experience, burning up to 700 calories.

CYCLE W/ WEIGHTS

A 50-minute interactive cycle experience, incorporating 10-minutes with 1 or 2 lb dumbbells.


CIRCUIT | PRIVATE TRAINING

We love circuit because it not only allows you to be a better cyclist (true fact), but it also challenges you to strengthen all of the muscles that allow you to “do life.” Have you ever had to pick up something from the ground (squat) or walk (lunge) or sit up out of bed (oblique crunch)? You do circuit every day; you just don’t think about it.

This is why we teach circuit training – to train your body to do the things it already does, but stronger, better, and for longer. As part of the BPM theme, we offer three levels of classes according to different heart-rate zones: 

CIRCUIT | ZONE 2

Focuses on strength and stability. Think mobility meets yoga meets strength training.

CIRCUIT | ZONE 3

Low-impact strength training class. Bodyweight moves w/TRX straps, bands, weights, and more.

CIRCUIT | ZONE 4

Plyometric and strength circuit exercises. Say hello to battle ropes, boxes, and a small amount of air time.


CYCLE + CIRCUIT INTERVAL

Cycle | Circuit Interval classes are the perfect combination of cardio and strength. A few minutes of hill climbs on the bike followed by strength training focusing on the abs, obliques, arms and full body! Repeat these intervals for 50 minutes and you’ve achieved your goal for the day! Interval duration on the bike lasts between 1-3 minutes immediately followed by equal duration of a strength training move. We then return to the bike for yet another cycling interval. We go back an forth for the whole 50 min class duration.

Strength training focusing on the abs, obliques, arms and full body.


CYCLE + CIRCUIT COMBO

The newest class offering from Studio BPM combining the best of cycle and circuit.

CYCLE - 25 MINUTES

Hit it hard from the get-go with climbs, sprints, and the usual dance party! 

CIRCUIT - 25 MINUTES

Short and sweet intervals with a focus on arms, abs and compound moves.
